Dr. Endi Zhai is corporate chief engineer of GOLDWIND and general manager of offshore business unit of the company. He is the “Thousand Talents Program” expert of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC /National Special Expert. Dr. Zhai served as Professional Chief Engineer and Director of Chief Engineer’s Office at China Three Gorges Corporation from June 2014 to June 2017. He joined GOLDWIND in July 2017.
