Dr. Elah Matt is a strategic adviser on climate change with nearly two decades of experience in international project management, research, policy development, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. Her expertise spans climate strategies and policies, sustainable mobility, green innovation, and low-emission development.

At WEMC, she leads cross-sectoral international partnerships, delivering interdisciplinary solutions that advance climate action, energy transition, and net-zero pathways. Elah collaborates with public, private, and third-sector partners worldwide to implement climate and energy projects, programmes, and capacity-building initiatives.

She holds a PhD in Social Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia (UK) and an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics.
