ICEM 2023 REGISTRATION

Registrater today to ICEM 2023 – don’t miss the opportunity to attend this great event!

Registration is in two steps:

1. Register on the Currinda portal
2. Pay by credit card via Stripe (details provided at the end of the registration, depending on your case, please closely follow instructions); payment by bank transfer is also possible, contact the ICEM 2023 secretariat.

Please refer to the table below for the pricing options. The registration fee includes access to all sessions and areas of the conference as well as catering, namely: two coffee breaks a day each day (27-29 June 2023), lunch each day (27-29 June 2023), welcome drinks (evening of Monday 26 June 2023), ice-breaker (evening of Tuesday 27 June 2023), gala dinner (evening of Wednesday 28 June 2023).

Guest tickets for any of the welcome drinks, ice-breaker, gala dinner can be purchased during the registration process, and paid via a separate link, also provided as part of the registration. The cost of the guest tickets are given below.

All other meals are responsibility of the delegates.  Additional meals at the conference venue must be booked in advance by directly contacting the venue via email or by phone (switchboard: +39 049 9195500).

Accommodation too is not included in the registration fee. Delegates can choose where to lodge. There are many rooms available at the conference venue, which can be booked directly on the website of the venue using the promo code ICEM2023 to take advantage of the rate negotiated for delegates.

The above amounts include Italian VAT (IVA).  If you are paying as a VAT registered non-Italian company, VAT will be deducted or reimbursed. In this case, please provide us with your company details (Name of the company, Address, City, Country, VAT number) by sending an email to icems@wemcouncil.org . In all other cases, VAT is payable.

Terms & Conditions

• Registrations can be cancelled for any reason with a full refund (minus a €75 admin cost) before 5th May 2023
• After this date, 50% of the fee will be refunded until 31 May 2023. Cancellation after this date will not be refunded
• If for any reason WEMC decides to cancel the conference participants will receive a full refund
